By your use of the e-FraudAdvice.net website and purchase of our goods and/or services you agree that the intellectual property contained herein belongs to us and we retain sole rights over copyright, content trademarks and design of all pages. You agree that your use of our services is purely for non commercial purposes and that you are strictly prohibited from creating derivative works, copying, transmitting, sharing, publishing, distributing or selling on any aspect of our service with third parties (or assist third parties in doing so). Failure to comply with these terms will lead to our pursuing you for reparation by law and through the courts. We always prosecute for theft and copyright infringement.

5. Fraud warning

Suspect fraudulent activity will be recorded and reported to the appropriate authorities. We have the necessary contacts required to trace you and we always prosecute for any loss through financial fraud, theft or copyright infringement. We reserve the right to terminate our service to you for any reason at the absolute discretion of company management. We offer no representation or warrant that our services will be supplied in perpetuity, nor do we undertake to communicate changes to the provision of our service should we have cause to believe suspect activity has taken place.

6. Our services

When you purchase our e-Fraud Guide you will receive it electronically either by way of a download link which you can use to view the fraud advice you have purchased or via another electronic format such as a PDF file which we will send to the e-mail address you supplied at time of payment. We are not responsible for providing you with the means to use the service; namely we will not provide you with any other software or hardware that enables you to utilise our services; these are your responsibility and come at your own cost. The e-Fraud Guide is a non tangible good. Use of the service is subject to the terms described here. We aim for your complete satisfaction, so do not hesitate before contacting us if you have any query in relation to our services or our business in general. We are very friendly.

7. Placing an order

An order is made by visiting our website and completing the checkout process featured therein. Once goods and services are selected from our website, you are transferred to a secure payment facility provided by a payment partner. Further information regarding payment is described in these terms. When you make a transaction via our payment partner you are making an offer to purchase. This in no way binds us to honour any order until such time as we have provided an order confirmation in writing, usually by e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided at the time of payment.

We encourage you to retain copies of order information for your records as usually this information cannot be recreated and is not accessible directly via this website.

8. Payment

We accept payment via the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Direct Debit. Note that the Direct Debit service offered by PayPal initiates a one-time withdrawal that debits funds from the bank account you have linked to your PayPal account. There are no reoccurring charges.

You will be charged the price of the order when completing a transaction via our payments partner. Any queries that you have regarding PayPal should be directed to PayPal themselves, as we have no control over their systems.

VAT is included in the price of your purchase.

9. Delivery

We currently offer digital services only. When your order is confirmed you will receive it electronically either by way of a download link which you can use to view the fraud advice you have purchased or via another electronic format such as a PDF file which we will send to the e-mail address you supplied at time of payment.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Should you be unsatisfied in any way with the service that you have received from us please do not hesitate before getting in touch. We are committed to providing a high quality service. That said, sometimes mistakes do happen. If you wish to make a complaint please do so via our contact form. We acknowledge that by receiving feedback we can improve the service we provide to our customers.

All orders once delivered are considered final due to the nature of the electronic service we provide. However, if the circumstances warrant it, a refund may be granted at the discretion of company management. Where a refund is granted we will usually withdraw your access to our services. A refund will be provided via the same means that payment was originally made, so if you pay us via PayPal that’s how we’ll make the corresponding refund.
